Beautiful beach house in to the coast of Cadiz, perfect to disconnect and enjoy a sunny weekend with friends/family or a longer stay, to scape from the winter. This 2-storey house can accommodate up to 4 people, it includes: 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room with dining table and TV, a terrace with table and sofas outside and an indoor terrace as well. You will have all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. It's also fully equipped with duvets and heating for the winter stays too. The house is located in a nice and residential neighborhood of Sancti Petri in the town of Chiclana. It is a famous summer place for Spaniards, so the atmosphere is very local, with nightlife and different adventure sports that can be practiced - the beach of La Barrosa is still the main attraction for people to visit. The neighborhood is called La Loma, it is quiet and has many common green areas. It is frequented by couples and families in summer and local residents during the winter. The pool is seasonal, open from June-Sep. Only at a 5m drive or 10m walk to the shopping mall with supermarket, pharmacy and so on. 5m by car to the beach La Barrosa. We are looking for respectful hosts that want to experience the Andalusian lifestyle in one of the most beautiful parts of the Coast of Cadiz, a nature haven in a residential area.
